The truffle is certainly one of the products that best represents the unspoiled natural beauty of our landscapes.
Right next to the farm, there are woods on our property that every year reward us with excellent truffles of the Scorzone and Winter Black varieties.
Together with our faithful friend Raul (pictured), we go truffle hunting to satisfy the most refined palates of our guests.
