Would you like to experience the thrill of participating in a truffle hunt with beautiful dogs at least once in your life? Accompanied by a guide with trained dogs, you can enjoy a wonderful experience in a demonstration search in the woods near our Educational Farm.
In the truffle grounds, you will find valuable truffles of the "Precious Winter Black," "Scorzone," and "Uncinato" varieties.
You will learn to identify different species of trees and the ideal habitat for truffle growth.
Upon your arrival, our staff will welcome you for a tour of our farm.

Truffle Lesson: Introduction to truffles and how to recognize them
1 hour of truffle hunting with a licensed guide who will teach you to appreciate truffles from a technical and sensory perspective. You will learn why they are considered a fundamental element in the slow-food movement, how to use them, and how to preserve them.
Lunch or Dinner completely based on truffles
Appetizer: Cured meats and cheeses, truffle bruschetta, loin with truffle shavings
First Course: Homemade tagliolini with truffles
Second Course: Scaloppine or sliced meat with truffle shavings
Dessert: Farm-made sweets
A vegetarian and vegan menu is available upon request.
