Description
Named in Italian language Lonzino, it is a particularly lean and delicate salami. It is obtained from the loin and from a part of the pig's neck, both boned, salted and spicy. Subsequently it is aged for 4-5 months inside the dryer, daily checked and monitored. The low quantity of fat is functional for the protection and healthiness of the meat over time. Normally, a whole loin weighs about 3-4 kg. To ensure the quality of our product and the correct maintenance of the meat, we have decided to sell it in whole pieces with a minimum weight of 1 kg (see pictures).
Perfect for appetizers, delicate in the sandwiches and good in meat rolls.
